1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the BabyArt AI mobile app ("App") handles your personal data. The App is developed by Sercan Cidem (individual).
Summary: BabyArt AI does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All processing happens on your device.
2. Data We Collect
We collect no data. The App:
- Does not require account creation
- Does not request your email or phone number
- Does not send analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking data
- Does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
- Does not connect to third-party advertising networks
3. Your Photos and Device Data
- Photos are processed on-device only. The App uses Apple's local Vision Framework to analyze the baby photos you select and combines them with bundled templates entirely on your device.
- No photo is uploaded to our servers, to any third party, or to any other location. No internet connection is required.
- Photo library permission is used only to access the photo you select.
- Generated artworks remain only inside the App until you choose to share or save them.
4. Third-Party Services
The App interacts only with the following Apple services:
- Apple App Store / Apple ID: Subscription purchases and renewals are managed entirely by Apple. Apple does not share your payment details with us.
- Apple Vision Framework: Used for on-device photo segmentation. No data is transmitted.

5. Data Retention
Since we collect no data, there is nothing for us to retain. The only data stored on your device is:
- Onboarding completion flag (local
AsyncStorage) - Project files you create (local app directory)
Deleting the App removes all local data.
6. Children
BabyArt AI is intended for users aged 18 and over. It enables parents to create artwork from photos of their own babies. The App is not marketed to children and does not knowingly collect any data from children. If you are under 18, please use the App under parental supervision.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because we collect no data, we hold no records about you. If you wish to make an inquiry under GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, or other applicable data-protection laws, please contact us at the email below.
8. Policy Changes
If we update this policy, the effective date above will be updated and material changes will be announced inside the App. You will have an opportunity to review the current version before any material change takes effect.
